Kornica, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Kornica is a village in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republika Srpska entity's municipality of Šamac.

The population from the village was forced to flee by the Serbian army at the beginning of the Bosnian War.

The former village inhabitants are distributed in the majority today over the whole earth. Well-known refuge states are: Australia, Germany, Canada, Croatia, Austria and Sweden, excluding older citizens returned to Kornica.
