Bileća Lake, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bileća Lake is an artificial lake located on the river Trebišnjica near Bileća in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The surface of the lake is about 33 square kilometers, depending on the water level, with the biggest depth of 104 meters.

During heavy rains the water level rises to the edge of the green vegetation of the coastal belt but with the arrival of the warm days and during the summer period, the water level drops significantly.
