Kladanj is a town and municipality in Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Kladanj is a town and municipality in Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is actually part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity.

This beautiful town is sitauted on the Tuzla to Sarajevo road along the river Drinjača. The first mention of Kladanj dates back to 1138.

Similarly, there is one of the most significant mosques "Kuršumlija mosque". the name is derived from the turkish word for lead or kurşum. 

All in all, Kladanj was mentioned in 1557, as a settlement or kasaba within the Sarajevo territorial unit.
