Sokolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Sokolac is a town as well as municipality in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is also the part of the City of East Sarajevo in the entity of Republika Srpska.

It is impotrant to emphazise that agriculture has been an important part of this beautiful town. For most inhabitants, the businesses of agriculture is a tradition to the families and the only way to make a living.

Sokolac is well - known for its "potato", thus potato chips industry was a promising industry for this region. However, the area surrounding Sokolac is well known for its quality grasslands.

Similarly, Sokolac is surrounded by high quality woodlands, that actually have been demolished in last ten years. All in all, this town is the important intersection of the regional roads.
