Teslić, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Teslić is a town and municipality in north-central Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the central part of the Republika Srpska entity. It is situated on the Usora River.

This beautiful town  was settled in the 19th century with the first industrialization of our country. Wood products and the chemical industry are the main industries.

Teslić was part of the Vrbas Banovina of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, from 1929 to 1941. It was until the late 1950s among the largest industrial centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nowadays, industry is mostly based on the production of wood, milk, clothing, electro industry as well as metallic industry and also building construction.

Tesliċ is also known as a tourist destination, mainly because of the Banja Vrućica.
