1 box phyllo dough (16 ounces phyllo or about 18 sheets)

1 cup milk

2 ounces butter

Preparation:

Combine in a bowl with sour cream, ricotta, cottage cheese, eggs, and salt. Then, mix until all the ingredients are completely integrated. Oil the baking pan. Layer 3 phyllo sheets on top of each other in the pan, brushing each with oil before adding the next layer.

After that, grab an amount of the filling and spread evenly over the top sheet. Layer 2 sheets on top of the filling, and brush each with oil before adding the next layer. Repeat until you run out of the filling and phyllo, making sure to leave 3 sheets for the top of the pie.

Brush the top of the pie with oil, and place in the oven. Bake for 30 or 40 minutes. Melt butter and milk together. Pour over the spinach pie when you take it out of the oven. Leave the pie to cool for 30 minutes or so, and then cut into squares.
