Alifakovac
Alifakovac is a municipality of Stari Grad, Sarajevo. It is actually one of the oldest settlements in this beautiful city. Alifakovac is located in the northern end of the slope Trebević, on the lowest hill in the row, at the last meander of Miljacka.

Alifakovac is old, but the modern city of Sarajevo. It got its name after Alija Fakih, a lawyer and one of the witnesses of Isa-bey's endowment of the city in 1462. Moreover, t is the final place of many travelers as well as of officers, ulama and citizens.
Alifakovac is an example of construction based on humanity as well as mutual respect. The neighbors were not allowed to build houses the way to block the view and also the sunlight for the neighbor.
