The Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Parlamentarna skupština Bosne i Hercegovine) is the bicameral legislative body of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It consists "The House of Representatives",

The House of Representatives has 42 members, elected for a four year terms by proportional representation. 28 members are elected from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), and 14 from the Republika Srpska (RS). Members serve for terms of four years.

The new chamber was elected on October 3, 2010. However, it is one of the two chambers of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On the other side, there is "The House of People" of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This part is one of the two chambers of the Parliamentary Assembly, including the other chamber being the House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It was established through the signing of the Dayton Agreement in 1995.
