Travnik is a town in central Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Travnik is a town in central Bosnia and Herzegovina.  The city is 90 kilometres west of Sarajevo and it is the capital of the Central Canton in Bosnia.

Travnik has about 16,534 inhabitants with a population that is presumably close to 57,543 people. This city is one of the most significant cities in our country and it is situated near the geographic center of Bosnia. 

Lašva is the river that passes through the city. The most significant geographic properties are its mountains, Vilenica as well as Vlašić. 

The climate in Travnik is continental, situated between the Adriatic sea to the South as well as Pannonia to the North.
