Traditional Bosnian sudžuk is smoked meat product from beef and calf meat with garlic and pepper.

Traditional Bosnian sudžuk is smoked meat product from beef and calf meat with garlic and pepper. Sausage is supposed to be eaten without cooking but you can fry it in a pan with eggs or add a few slices of sausage to cooked beans.

The permanent product is made of extra quality meat, using traditional domestic recipe. Also, Bosnian sudžuk (400g) sliced in a vacuum 80g is suitable for travel, excursions, etc.
