Klepe is a traditional Bosnian dish. It was intended the food for wretched people. Afterwards, it became a traditional and very popular dish among the local people as well as foreigners.
The main ingredients of the klepe are: minced beef meat and onion seasoned with salt. Then, pepper that is placed inside the square pastry and closed then cooked or boiled.
They are served with a sauce from sour cream with garlic and salt. The sauce is made fresh. This plat is identic to Italian ravioli.
