The Pogača  is a type of bread. If you do not have time to buy bread, and you want to make your own bread, try to prepare Bosnian bread with no yeast- "Pogača".

Bosnian Pogača can be leavened or unleavened. It can be made from white flour, and a mix of two thirds to three quarters of wheat flour and the rest either barely, or rye. It can have potatoes or cheese inside and it also have some grains and herbs like sesame, black sesame, dried dill mixed with its flour.

It tastes differently than normal bread. Bosnians never cut it with a knife. They break it with hands. Ingredients are: half kg of flour, cream, salt, baking powder and mineral water.
