Karina Irbi (28) proslavila se na Instagramu zahvaljujući slikama na kojima pokazuje transformacije svog tijela, s posebnim naglaskom na zadnjicu.

Nedavno je predstavila i svoju liniju kupaćih kostima, ali jedan detalj se nije svidio njenim fanovima.

 

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! Looking back at my younger self is nuts! I was so so tiny! Just a little girl in a little girl world???? And by little world I mean I was never thinking about the bigger picture with my health. I was just doing me???? Let be honest though, the style of my bikini, genetics, diet and training all factor into my present appearance. I never strived to workout and get curvy, it’s just me! Three years ago (not my before photo) I went hardcore with my training and I lost heaps of my lady lumps. I was looking pretty athletic! But it wasn’t maintainable for me. I wasn’t enjoying my life as much. So these days, I train 5 days a week doing strength and intensity classes at @starke_training and do home workouts via @bikini.body.burn on Saturday or Sunday. I eat good food. I eat bad food. I eat carbs. Lots of carbs???? I don’t count macros or calories or compare myself to other girls. I’m continually just trying to become a better version of myself physically and mentally. Now that I have found my balance and I’m comfy AF with myself as a person I’m happy and smiling! DING DING⚡️⚡️ Oh... and these two photos are exactly 6 years part!

- Ovo nije pozitivan stav prema tijelu nego transfer blama! Kakva ti je to izraslina na kuku? Prekini da pokušavaš da normalizuješ svoje deformitete - kažu drugi dodajući i da je ovo siguran znak da je njeno tijelo rezultat operacija.

 

EDIT - I can’t not believe how body shamed I’am getting for this boomerang. It’s actually disgusting. The amount of online bullying absolutely baffles me! What if you were bullying a person who has alarming insecurities or depression, and they acted upon your horrible comments!? Would that make you feel like a bigger person? Would you high five yourself then? Yuk. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I get accused of photoshop if I post a photo and now I’m getting accused of surgery in videos. You wanted real and you got it! And for anyone reading this I can swear on your mother grave I have not had surgery. So give it a rest ✋???? ???? @goodamerican will you marry me? Seriously though... this is a long term relationship⚡️

THREE WEEK SKIN TRANSFORMATION! So I heard about @suppleskinco via Instagram and word of mouth and wanted to give them a shot. I’ve been using their product for 3 weeks on my face and legs (eczema) and so far...woah!!! Im lucky enough to have the chance to work with them and share my feedback to you ladies! I love that it’s vegan, cruelty free and ???? natural. It’s evened out my skin tone which is AMAZING! It’s hasn’t upset my eczema and is keeping my skin hydrated. Showing off the spots! Winter is hard for me and my super awesome (????) eczema. My legs are covered in scars which love to shine a pretty bright purple when I’m cold. Everyday I look at my eczema and think “whhhhhy” and how much easier, carefree and less expensive my life would be. BUT we are all built and designed differently, and we’re all going to have things we don’t love about ourselves. The only thing left to do is flaunt it, care less about the whispers behind your back and keep doing what you’re doing! I hope by me being more open about my skin you’re feeling a little less alone. Since I’ve starting sharing my journey online I’ve also realised that I’m not alone, and there’s so many men, women and children out there dealing with the same or similar conditions. So thank you for coming forward and also helping me accept myself. Love you guys❤️????

The truth about my body... For anybody waiting to see what surgeries I’ve had done to achieve this look, keep on scrolling... OR leave your crazy comment below for my future entertainment ???? Welcome to Karina Vs Karina 2.0 My mindset when the left image was taken is SO insanely different when compared to now. I thought that if I was skinnier I’d have more friends, look nicer in clothes, boys would like me blah blah blah. So I ate little and went on daily long distance runs (however, I did just want to listen to my new Fallout Boy playlist????). The photo on the right was only taken two days ago, and seeing these images side by side is a little confronting. I haven’t just transformed physically but also mentally. During this time period I have experienced and learnt so much about myself, my business, my friends, and of course, my health, fitness and nutrition. My mindset getting into fitness wasn’t to look a certain way, it was to live a longer life. I wanted to be fitter and healthier because at the time I was not healthy. I was sickly skinny and always getting ill. I’d pretty much shot down my immune system by not eating the right foods and pushing myself with cardio. I hope everyone can find their 2.0 version. It doesn’t have to be in fitness, it could be work, lifestyle, relationships, family, personally. Whatever! Keep improving yourself daily, no one wants to be a sitting duck in their own life. ❤️ @BIKINI.BODY.BURN

THE TRUTH???? How I grew my booty and lower body. I know there are crazy trolls out there who will say otherwise but for those who have been following me for awhile, you know I LOVE being real and honest. So read up. - Genetics play a huge part. The more mature I became the more my body developed. - Diet. I eat bad food! I’m not a ???? clean eater. Yes I workout, a lot, but I’m still consuming bad food. Whether it be sweets or processed (sorry not sorry????) - Workout history. I trained myself super hard about 3 years ago. Only eating food that once had a life itself and lifting heavy weights 5 days a week. I kept this up for a good 12+ months and decided it wasn’t for me. Now I train 4 days a week, eat well but not ???? clean. - Weights. I love mainly working out my lower body. Not because I desire to have a huge butt, but because this is where I personally hold most of my fat and cellulite - Education. It’s taken me a while but I’ve learnt how to eat for my body (disregarding my junk food). I know when and how much protein I need to consuming daily while training etc. This has helped me A LOT! Also, the more I cut out sugar, I see the results from my tummy and waist first. - Personal. Just because I’m into my fitness doesn’t mean I need to look “cut”. It’s my life and my body. If I want to workout and consume a cheese burger and bag of chocolate, I will. Plus I like the look of my body now than what it was 3+ years ago. I enjoy my curves ???? I hope other women out there can understand that you don’t need to look “cut” or “ripped” to be healthy. Everyone develops and also holds onto fat differently and that is never a bad thing. Anyway, I’ll leave that up to you for the debating! ❤️
