The Cathedral of Saint Bonaventure

The Cathedral of Saint Bonaventure is located in Banja Luka, a picturesque city in the western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Cathedral is one of the four Roman Catholic cathedrals in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is the seat of the Banja Luka Bishopric currently led by Bishop Franjo Komarica.

Built in honor of Saint Bonaventure, a Franciscan theologian from the Middle Ages, the Cathedral suffered damage in the Bosnian War, but it was reconstructed in 2001.
