Zemlje iz cijelog svijeta tijekom posljednja 24 sata obećale su pomoć i humanitarnu potporu Venezueli.
Iranski ministar vanjskih poslova rekao je da je "duboko ožalošćen" i izrazio sućut pogođenima potresima.
